Your Privacy
Post Wine & Spirits ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information postwineandspirits.com collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only.
Information you give us. When you use our contact form, sign up for our newsletter, or submit a private event inquiry, we collect what you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, and any message or event details you share. These forms are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form service that delivers your submission to us by email. We don't maintain a separate database of form submissions beyond our email inbox.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site — pages viewed, general location, device type, and similar aggregate data. This relies on cookies and similar technologies. We use this information in aggregate and don't use it to identify you personally.
Age verification. Before browsing the site, we ask you to confirm you're 21 or older. Your answer is stored locally in your own browser (using a technology called localStorage) — it is never sent to our servers and isn't linked to any other information about you. Clearing your browser data resets it.
We use the information above to respond to your questions, send the newsletter updates you've signed up for, plan private events you've inquired about, and understand site traffic so we can keep the site useful. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
This website is informational — it does not process payments or store checkout information. Online ordering happens through our separate online shop at postwineandspirits.wine, and gift cards are sold through Square. Each of those is operated by a separate provider with its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review.
Google Analytics sets cookies to help us understand site usage. You can disable cookies or opt out of analytics tracking through your browser settings or available browser extensions; some site features may work differently as a result.
This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. Our age-verification prompt reflects the legal drinking age requirement to purchase alcohol — it isn't a mechanism for collecting information from minors.
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any newsletter email or by contacting us. To ask what information we hold from a form submission, or to request it be deleted, contact us using the details below.
We take reasonable steps to protect information sent to us, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
